We can incorporate ashes, hair or small personal items into the bear. 

Once we have discussed the design I will send you an email confirming what we have discussed. You need to check this email and confirm you are happy to proceed. 

I will start working on your bear once I have received the ashes, hair and or personal items and you have confirmed in writing that you are happy with the final design. 

Your bear will take between 1 to 2 weeks to complete depending on the design we have agreed. If once I start working on your design I feel something needs to be changed I will contact you to discuss.
