I've lived with anxiety for a long time. I designed Courage Bears as something tangible that can be held in anxious moments to ground you and offer much needed support. They are discreet, fitting in your pocket to be squeezed or rubbed without anyone knowing.
Courage Bears make great gifts and show that you care. Each bear is unique and supplied with the following message "Sometimes we all need a little courage. Rub my belly when you need a little help and I’ll lend you my courage".
You can choose between 8 colours and whether you want your bear with or without a keyring.
